Dr. Emran Imami is a highly experienced surgeon certified through the American Board of Surgery. He graduated with honors from Emory University, obtaining his medical degree, surgical training, and MBA from the University of Florida where he taught surgery for over thirteen years as an Associate Professor.
Dr. Imami is an invited Fellow of the prestigious American College of Surgeons. In 1998 he pioneered an affiliation with the University of Florida as the founding Medical Director of Melbourne-based Holmes Regional Trauma Center and also served as chief of medical staff. Presently he is a Clinical Associate Professor with Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine teaching the next generation of physicians in vascular surgery.
Since 2004, Dr. Imami has brought Tepas Vein Center’s mission to life, by improving the lives of his patients through safe and effective treatment methods while providing exceptional patient care in a clean, comforting, and upscale atmosphere.

Dr. Imami enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Parveen, and his 4 adult children, 2 of which are becoming 3rd generation medial professionals. He also enjoys listening to music and is teaching himself to play piano. Most people don’t know that Dr. Imami has secret talent for Karaoke and has been known on occasion to share his musical talents in the office.
